Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do however inspect each item before shipping them out to ensure quality. Certain items such as orders that contain custom pieces are not eligible for returns, exhanges or refunds due to the custom nature of the order. Proofs are sent prior to printing and if the proof is approved by the customer, errors are not our responsibility. When in doubt, you can always contact us with questions at email@example.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In situations where we are not able to replace a damaged item, you’ll be automatically refunded with store credit. We are not able to provide money back on any product, all refunds are processed as store credit.
Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
Sorry, we are unable to honour any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional period as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding!
